Regional Marketing Coordinator

Cheryl McWilliam with two owners at Fleur-de-Lis Abingdon This role supports the on time delivery and implementation of the marketing campaigns, sales collateral and any other material for several of the developments in our portfolio from brief to delivery. Success in this role will be through swift and efficient delivery, along with effective relationships built with the Sales Managers and wider project teams.

You'll be working closely with a range of teams to coordinate marketing activities within one of our designated regions, also offering support to other regions when required. The successful candidate will support the creative brief and development of marketing campaigns, as well as marketing/sales collateral and services for developments including event support, coordinating with the digital and PR team to maximise the value whilst ensuring an on brand delivery.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a marketing role where excellent prioritisation and project management skills have been key to success. You will have worked either in-house or agency side, with a wider range of stakeholders and to tight deadlines. You will have a degree level education or demonstrable equivalent experience. Previous experience of using G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Mail etc.) is advantageous, but not essential.
