Senior Land Buyer / Land Manager

Renaissance Retirement Ltd is a fast growing company within the UK retirement housing sector. Due to our continued growth and success there is an exciting opportunity available for a highly motivated individual.

We’re looking for a commercially astute and personable individual to join our successful and growing land buying team. We are looking to recruit a Senior Land Buyer / Land Manager (dependent on experience) to work closely with our Development Director, acquiring sites across Surrey, Sussex and parts of Kent.

Required:

  • At least 3 years Land buying experience.
  • Good existing contact base for Surrey, Sussex and Kent.

Sales Consultants

Cheryl McWilliam with two owners at Fleur-de-Lis Abingdon We are always looking for new enthusiastic people to join our sales team, who are target and incentive driven and able to work towards monthly sales targets. You must demonstrate sales experience with a proven track record and you should also possess exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills. These roles involves working closely with our in-house construction and marketing teams. Responsibilities to include but not limited to;

  • Progressing all personal sales through to exchange.
  • Providing constructive feedback.
  • Basic level reporting.
  • Liaising directly with potential buyers and building customer relations.

Required:

  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Pro-active attitude and ability to work independently as well as being a strong team player.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • IT literate.
  • Full UK drivers license and car.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in the sale of new homes.
  • An interest in property and development.

  • Throughout 2017 and 2018 we will be looking for a special person who is both polite and courteous to efficiently manage one of our future developments, including Wokingham, Rustington and Torquay.
  • The successful candidate will have empathy and understanding of elderly people and will ensure a safe, secure, well maintained and pleasant environment.
  • The successful candidate would activity encourage a happy, healthy and fulfilling lifestyle for our owners.
  • Hours of work are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Salary is £20,000 pa.
