Sales Administrator

We are seeking a Sales Administrator based at our Ringwood office with a can do attitude who is able to provide administrative support to our sales teams, at our sales sites, as well as making sure the systems and processes within the Sales Department are being correctly followed. This is an important and key role within the Sales Department. You must demonstrate an ability to manage an administration process and you should also possess exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills. The role involves working with our sales team, in-house construction team and marketing team as well as our external business providers.

  • Monitor the sales process and identifying errors which need correcting
  • Checking reservation documents for accuracy
  • Providing support to our sales teams and helping them with queries related to our sales systems
  • Overseeing customer extras/incentive order requests
  • Overseeing wardrobe order requests
  • Keeping information up to date within our sales system
  • Ensuring weekly reports are being reviewed and updated
  • Receiving sales calls from prospective enquirers

Required:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Pro-active attitude and ability to work independently as well as being a strong team player
  • Strong organisational skills
  • IT literate
  • Full UK driver’s license

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in property sales and/or administration
  • An interest in property and property development

Assistant Land Buyer

Renaissance Retirement Ltd are a privately owned and fast growing company within the UK retirement housing sector. Due to our continued growth and success there is an exciting opportunity available for a highly motivated individual. We’re looking for a commercially astute and personable individual to join our successful and growing land buying team based in Ringwood. You will be working closely with our Development Director and Land Managers acquiring development sites throughout the South West of the UK.

Duties include

  • Compiling land acquisition files.
  • Compiling site photo logs
  • Learning how to appraise sites and organising the department’s appraisal saving system.
  • Booking of all surveys relating to sites and liaising with owners over access.
  • Reviewing survey information when issued and liaising with Architects and Planning team.
  • Undertaking market research for new sites.
  • Attending new site views with Land team to learn how to photograph sites and learn about site issues.
  • Learning how to identify new sites for the business.
  • Land registry searches and company search information to identify land owners.
  • Send out initial and follow up spec letters, compile database of spec sites.
  • Set up and maintain project files.

Required:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Pro-active attitude and ability to work independently as well as being a strong team player
  • Strong organisational skills
  • IT literate
  • Full UK driver’s license

We’re looking for a commercially astute and personable individual to join our successful and growing land buying team. We are looking to recruit a Land buyer / Senior Land Buyer / Land Manager dependent on experience for the Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire areas. The role will be based in or close to this area within a serviced office in a location yet to be confirmed. You will be working closely with our Development Director acquiring development sites throughout Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.

Required:

  • At least 3 years Land buying experience.
  • Good existing contact base for Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire.
  • Someone quite entrepreneurial as they will be working remotely for now but the intention will be to build a region around them.

  • Throughout 2016 and 2017 we will be looking for a special person who is both polite and courteous to efficiently manage one of our future developments, including Wantage, Marlborough and Wokingham
  • The successful candidate will have empathy and understanding of elderly people and will ensure a safe, secure, well maintained and pleasant environment
  • The successful candidate would activity encourage a happy, healthy and fulfilling lifestyle for our owners
  • Hours of work are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
