First chance to reserve at luxury retirement development in centre of Romsey

Renaissance Retirement is giving buyers the first opportunity to reserve 'off-plan' at its luxury retirement development in Romsey. The company is expecting over 60 potential buyers at the event on Thursday 3 March.

The 52 apartments, which will be known as Fleur-de-Lis, are being built on the former council building on Duttons Road and are due to be finished in July. The development will comprise spacious one and two bedroom apartments – some with mezzanines floors and balconies – and will include top of the range appliances. The building also features a sumptuous drawing room, landscaped gardens and guest suite.

Interested buyers to the event will have the first chance to see prices and layouts between 11 a.m. to 6 pm at the White Horse off the high street.

"It's the first chance locals will get to view the much anticipated development," says Matt Smith from Renaissance Retirement explains:

"This is the number one, brand new retirement development in the centre of Romsey. As you would expect, we are receiving considerable interest given our location and specification and size of apartments. The promotion has been designed to give buyers confidence to reserve now and begin the moving process – one which Renaissance Retirement can help with."

Chris Wotton, director of marketing added: "The luxurious properties will provide an exceptional standard of independent living for those considering downsizing from a larger family home. We recommend interested buyers come along to see what we are planning."
