Over 40% of apartments sold at Renaissance Retirement’s new Marlborough development

A week after the grand opening, Renaissance Retirement now has 40 per cent of its apartments reserved or sold at its Fleur-de-Lis development in Marlborough.

Over 50 people attended the company's grand opening last week with three apartments reserved over the period. The company had sold 11 apartments off-plan.

The development, built on the former builders' yard on London Road, comprises 28 one and two bed spacious apartments offering up to 1,600 square feet in total floor space.

Renaissance Retirement's sales director, Matt Smith, said: "It's a very encouraging start. We are now over 40 per cent sold out after having had a very good off-plan period too. It's an exciting time for potential buyers having this choice, size of apartment and being close to the town centre in Marlborough."

Matt added: "Location is key for our development. We are set back from the road and have a lovely aspect overlooking the bowling green to the rear.

"There is very strong interest in the Marlborough area for good quality retirement apartments. Our sales message is clear: come and view some very smart, spacious, energy efficient flats while there's good availability."

Renaissance Retirement claims it's responding to market demand with its development which offers bigger more spacious retirement flats.

The luxurious properties will provide an exceptional standard of independent living for those considering downsizing from a larger family home.

The spacious one and two bedroom apartments are impeccably finished with contemporary interiors, whilst owners also have access to an owners' drawing room and landscaped gardens.

Prices start from £295,000.

Interested buyers can drop in for a tour Monday to Sunday 10.30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. To register your interest for a brochure, and for further information, please click here. Or phone the development direct on 01672 516290.
